Looks like Adele is taking her incredible voice to sunny Southern California. The award-winning singer just purchased a 6,600 square foot home in Beverly Hills for a whopping $9.5 million. And if you can believe it, this is actually a steal: The home was originally listed at $9.9 million.
At that price, Adele seems to be getting a lot of bang for her buck. The property features six bathrooms and four bedrooms and also comes with huge living spaces, a giant pool, a treehouse and an outdoor train set — which sounds perfect for her young son Angelo. And in terms of famous neighbors, she's got her pick, including bestie Jennifer Lawrence who lives in the neighborhood.
