FEBRUARY 2, 2007 — A frosty chill may have swept over New York during fashion week, but chez California, where Max and Lubov Azria are based, the temperatures rarely drop below the mid-sixties. So it's no surprise that their answer to winter dressing is soft, wispy dresses layered over tights and topped with knit hats.
