A short-sleeved t-shirt dress assorted embellishments such as rhinestones, ribbons, and gold studs scissors, needle, and thread one yard of crisp striped fabric
3/6Step 1: All the Trimmings
Cut out the collar of the dress to where you would like the neckline to hit. place embellishments along The neckline and sew them on by hand.
4/6Step 2: Get Snippy
For a tank-style dress, cut off the sleeves. Next, lay the piece of striped fabric flat on the dress and fold the fabric so that your tucks look slightly random. The folds should be neat but imperfect.
5/6Step 3: Material Girl
Sew the folds into place with small stitches. Finally, sew the fabric onto the dress, leaving about a half inch of dress exposed at the top and bottom.
