What You Need
-A pair of penny loafers
-E6000 glue
-Craft sticks
-Large gems in several colors

Spread the Glue
Cover the entire gem with glue, from the center to the edges.

Apply the Glue
Starting at the center, apply a generous amount of E6000 glue to the back of the first gem.

Apply the Gems
Press the gems into place. Hold firmly for a few seconds, allowing the glue to bond.

Continue Applying the Gems
Repeat the application process moving out from the center, and hold each gem in place for a few seconds.

Place the Final Gems
Apply the gems to the second shoe, arranging them in the reverse order.

Determine how many gems you need to cover the penny strap and decide the order of the colors.
