Prep Your Nail
Start with clean nails, filed to your desired shape, and cleaned up cuticles. Apply a clear base coat.

Start with Nail Color For Your Halo
Paint the entire nail with color you’d like the halo to be. We used CoverGirl’s Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in Tickled Pink.
Beauty Note: Depending on consistency of the lacquer you choose, you may need to apply two coats of polish in this step.

Fill in The Nail With Second Hue
In one brush stroke, paint the center of the nail with your second nail polish color, mimicking the shape of the nail in your line. Start the stroke at the middle of your nail and move to the tip. We used CoverGirl’s Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in Lasting Love.
