a black tube dress a black T–shirt strands of gold and jet beads needle and black thread scissors and ruler

Cut a three–inch–wide strip of fabric from across the bottom of the T–shirt.
3/5Step 2: Do the Twist
Wrap each strand of beads around the material, leaving the ends loose.
4/5Step 3: Close the Deal
Sew each end of the fabric to the top center of the dress so the beads hang down.
