1/11When we first heard that Miley Cyrus would be hosting the VMAs this year, we knew we were in for some wild surprises and serious fashion moments. But we never could have predicted just how many over-the-top outfits Miley would wear throughout the broadcast.
Hitting the stage in a a total of 10 different outfits, Miley kept us watching after each commercial break out of pure sartorial curiosity. From a sequin jumpsuit to a literal rainbow, we've ranked all her looks from the evening. Click through to find out our favorites!
WireImage2/11- Miley's clear vinyl dress left very little to the imagination, and makes use of several strategically placed planets. It's giving us science fair solar system vibes in the best way possible.
Getty Images3/11- This cutout number feels very Fifth Element-meets-femmebot, thanks to the fluffy accents. It definitely doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room, one false move could reveal a lot.
