Prep Your Sponge
Start with a bare face. Apply any lip color, lipstick or heavily pigmented lip gloss to a sponge. We used Shiseido Lacquer Rouge in RD607 Nocturne.
Beauty Note: If you use cream blush in this step, don’t put too much foundation on your cheeks.

Create A Windblown-Beauty Look With Cheek Color
Use the sponge to blend the pigment downward.

Add Color To Your Lips
Apply the same stain you used on your cheeks to your lips. More then one coat will help create an ultra-saturated look.
Beauty Note: Keep your eye makeup minimal when opting for a dramatic flush.
