1/4What You'll Need
Two blue aprons X-acto knife Needle and thread Two yards of white silk trim
2/4Step 1: Double Take
Remove the belt and neck straps from the two aprons with an X-Acto knife. Using the needle and thread, sew the two aprons together along one side.
3/4Step 3: Frill Ride
Sew one waist-high silk strip at the back center of the dress and one at the front opening. Rub the strips to fray the edges. Tie in a bow to close, layered over a shirt.
4/4Step 2: Loose Ends
Adjust the dress so the deep V is in the front and the stitched seam is in the back. Next, sew on the strips of silk to make two shoulder straps.
