We might be approaching the lunar year of the dragon, but in fashion, it's the year of the bow β and actor and musician Jeff Satur has not only got the memo, but heβs taken it and run with it.
On February 7, the KinnPorsche star stepped out in an all-black ensemble to mark the centennial celebrations of the Cartier Trinity brand at Petit Palais in Paris. Yes, Satur gave us every shade of allure in a chic black singlet. Yes, the musician also emitted a deep, dark magnetism in a black blazer. But most importantly, Saturβs sartorial choice of pants were lined from top to bottom with black bows.

Bow stacking is the art of piling bows on, well, anything. Think about how versatile the bow is, born of any fabric but conformed to a single visual motif. Youβll find it embellishing an outfit, a hairstyle, or pointing up from a set of shoes, and in the case of Satur, youβll find several in a long line. Pinterest forecasted that bows would dominate the scene in 2024, and this far into February, theyβre right on the money.

Satur posted some shots of the bow look to his IG, and shared with LβOfficiel Singapore that the words he associates with Cartier are βartistic, personalβ¦warm.β He also shared a carousel of photos from his visit to 13 rue de la Paix, one of Cartierβs three βtemples,β sporting a cropped-and-collared red jacket, once again over a black βfit, evidently saving the bows for the special night. Also captured in attendance at the Cartier Trinity centenary party were BLACKPINKβs Jisoo and Jackson Wang.
Jeff Saturβs look is ascending to the top of our bow trend mood boards for the next little while, because itβs a delicate mix of the classic gentleman with a dash of on-the-pulse flair.
